The Mineral Leather Wrapped Metal Appliance Pull from Chapman & Bose takes on the big stuff: integrated refrigerator panels, dishwasher fronts, tall pantry doors. Under the wrap sits a solid brass or stainless steel bar, and over it goes a hand-stitched leather sleeve.
Grip is the point here. A full-height fridge panel gets pulled with your whole hand, and leather gives you something warm and lightly textured to pull against. Lengths run 18" to 36" at the 1" diameter, and a 5/8" diameter is available by request. Each one is designed and handcrafted in Toronto.
The application decides the standoff count, not panel size or weight. Two standoffs cover most installations. Past 24" in the 1" diameter — on built-in refrigerator panels such as Sub-Zero integrated, say — three may be recommended for extra support. At 1-1/4" diameter two are enough at any length, and a third comes down to how you want it to look.
Solid brass or stainless steel, with a hand-stitched leather wrap throughout. Leather is a natural material, so tone and texture shift from piece to piece.

The same leather wrap shows up on the smaller cabinet pull in the Chapman & Bose range if you want the look carried across a whole kitchen.
