The Margin Floor Lamp from New Works builds its shade from tiered, intersecting planes of fabric, which is why the light lands soft instead of sharp. Powder-coated steel forms the frame, and those linear details give the piece its graphic outline. John Asbury designed it for New Works Denmark.
Set it beside a low armchair and the diffused glow won't fight with a screen across the room.
