Take a close look at the Ballet Cabinet Knob 60 from Vervloet and the detail that stands out is a single curve cutting clean across a slim brass body. It's a solid brass knob, built around that same bisecting line the Ballet collection keeps coming back to.
Stijn D'Hondt drew the Ballet series for Vervloet, and the idea behind it is the tension dancers work with: real strength that still reads as light, straight lines with one graceful interruption. Straight runs get split by an elegant curve. Solid brass throughout.
Vervloet has been making high-end decorative hardware since 1905, and the atelier ranks among Europe's finest. Objects with craftsmanship behind them, made in Belgium.
Sold individually.
